I understand that by registering for this event, I am consenting to Tulip Interfaces ("Tulip") collecting and sharing my registration data with event related providers for the purposes of providing event-specific communications per the Tulip Privacy Policy.
I understand that Tulip will share my registration data with event sponsors for the purposes of receiving discounts, promotional offers and other information directly from them related to their products and services. I understand that I can opt out of future communications at any time. I understand that Tulip does not control how sponsors use the information collected. If you believe a sponsor or other attendee has collected or used your information in a way to which you have not consented, please inform us immediately.
I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and responsible for my actions and the actions of my guests. I agree that I am personally liable for any damage to property that I, or my guests, cause to the event facility, hotel room, and/or common areas of the venue. I understand that all activities I participate in at this Event are taken at my own risk and I accept all responsibility. I agree not to bring any claim against the organizers of this event related to any injury or property damage suffered in connection with the Event, including, but not limited to, any claim arising out of any condition of the Event location or the conduct of any person connected with the Event.
I acknowledge that on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tulip and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any and all claims or liability arising out of injury, death, intellectual property rights or property damage suffered in connection with my actions or the actions of my guests.I grant permission to Tulip Interfaces ("Tulip"), its agents and employees to use photographs, video recordings, and statements recorded at this event however we might choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, video presentations or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising therefrom.I further confirm that my attendance at this event and receipt of any item or travel provided by Tulip without cost to me or my employer in connection with my attendance at this event does not violate any applicable law, regulation, rule or policy to which I am subject including, without limitation, any anti-corruption, conflict of interest, gift or sponsored travel policy of my employer.
I understand and acknowledge that neither I nor the entity employing me is eligible to receive resale of referral fees from Tulip with respect to customers that I or my employing entity engage with as a result of leads received at this event.
